Two types of Apprenticeship are available:

Modern Production Apprenticeship

If you want a practical hands-on career which guarantees further technical training and experience, then apply for an apprentice position with us and train to be an engineering craftsperson.

We have a variety of apprenticeships available each year, typically:

  • Production Electrical/Maintenance
  • Machinist
  • Welding/Fabrication
  • Fitter/Test Fitter
  • Painter
  • Maintenance - electrical or mechanical

Graduate Apprentice:

Working in partnership with Heriot Watt University, apprentices will spend most of their time in the workplace, be paid throughout the apprenticeship, and leave the programme with an Honours or Masters degree in Engineering, Design and Manufacturing or other relevant subject.

We have a variety of graduate apprenticeships roles available each year, typically (depending on the requirements of the Business at the time):

  • Procurement Business Trainee
  • Bids & Commercial Trainee
  • Business Engineering Trainee
  • Quality Engineering Trainee
  • Sales, Marketing, Business Development Trainee
